Bottom of the Barrel WK10
11/9/20

How many of you are exhausted? Mentally checked out from life? The more I look around and interact with people the clearer it’s become. We need a break. We need to rest and recharge.
Easier said then done right? As a productive member of society its highly unlikely you can just walk away for a week. Where would you go? Who would you go with? I read an article recently that stated the lead up to a vacation is actually the best part. The daydreaming. The romanticizing that goes on. Why can’t we do that now?
The last six months, actually more, have been extremely difficult for most. We can all relax now. Rest and enjoy week 10.
QUARTERBACK
Not new anymore but here’s the most expensive player at QB in week 10. Should help put B&B prices into perspective!
Russell Wilson SEA @ LAR (4th)(FD-$8,900)(DK-$7,700)

Here are some cheaper options I’m considering at QB in week 10!
Jared Goff LAR vs. SEA (32nd)(FD-$7,400)(DK-$6,500)

Fresh off of their bye week the Rams, an Goff, should have a field day Sunday against the Seahawks lowly ranked defense.
Drew Lock DEN @ LV (25th)(FD-$7,100)(DK-$5,500)

Drew Lock has shown some flashes the last few weeks. This Sunday vs. the Raiders should be no different. Vegas is allowing the 6th most fantasy points to opposing QB’s while owning the 6th worst defense pass defense. With Jerry Jeudy stepping up in recently weeks expect some fireworks from Mr. Lock!
Baker Mayfield CLE vs. HOU (23rd)(FD-$7,000)(DK-$6,000)

Baker was placed on the COVID-IR list after being in close contact with someone who had COVID. He should be cleared by Wednesday and have a normal week of practice anyway. We’ve done well picking on the Texans! HOU is giving up the 8th most fantasy points to opposing QB’s.
Tua Tagovailoa MIA vs. LAC (28th)(FD-$6,800)(DK-$5,600)

There he is! Has Tua lived up to his first round draft stock? Not my question to answer! He has however, lead the Dolphins to two straight wins! He also completed 71% of his passes in week 9! Averaging 8.9 yards a completion! Miami has a certain swagger going on right now with Tua leading the change! Looking ahead, the Chargers pose no real risk Tua’s fantasy ceiling in week 10!
Alex Smith WSH @ DET (21st)(FD-$6,500)(DK-$5,200)

Alex Smith entered the ball game in week 9 after a gruesome Kyle Allen ankle injury. Smith went 24/32 passes for 325 yards and one touchdown. He unfortunately tossed 3 INT’s. Smith heads to Detroit Sunday for a very plus match-up. My projections? 250+ passing yards and 2 TD’s. At this bottom low price you have to consider him!
RUNNING BACK
Not new anymore but here’s the most expensive player at RB in week 10. Should help put B&B prices into perspective!
Christian McCaffrey CAR vs. TB (12th)(FD-$9,700)(DK-$9,000)

Here are some cheaper options I’m considering at RB in week 10!
Antonio Gibson WSH @ DET (32nd)(FD-$6,100)(DK-$5,600)

The rookies price tag is a tad high for B&B. His match-up is so damn good though! Looking around at the other high end RB’s this week and their prices, Gibby is actually very cheap! It’s just a simple math equation! Price + production = money!
Darrell Henderson Jr. LAR vs. SEA (14th)(FD-$5,800)(DK-$5,900)

Henderson currently has the dreaded Q tag but after their bye week coach McVay has openly said nothing to see here! Hendy will be a full go in week 10. Darrell has been a ho hum boring type RB so far this season. He hasn’t lit any of our stat sheets on fire but he’s been damn consistent.
Duke Johnson HOU @ CLE (14th)(FD-$5,800)(DK-$5,000)

Duke is a classic case of workload and volume. If David Johnson doesn’t clear concussion protocol the Duke is their RB1. He averaging a career low 4.3 yards an attempt but who cares when you’re the only one there! The Browns own the 22nd overall rushing defense if that matters. It should!
Jamaal Williams GB vs. JAX (27th)(FD-$5,600)(DK-$4,000)

Aaron Jones is the RB1 in GB. That’s no secret! Even when he and Jamaal are in the lineup Williams is averaging 9.2 touches a game. There is plenty of work to go around in this one vs. the Jags. Jacksonville is giving up the 6th most fantasy points to opposing RB’s.
Jerick McKinnon SF @ NO (5th)(FD-$5,500)(DK-$5,600)

Jet just seems to have a knack for the end zone doesn’t he? Mostert and Coleman remain on the IR and McKinnon received 12 carries and tired legs aside, leap frogged Hasty early Thursday night.
Mike Davis CAR vs. TB (12th)(FD-$5,400)(DK-$6,700)

This is shocking. CMC finally played in week 9 after an extended stay on IR with a high ankle sprain. Now he has some sort of shoulder ailment. Mike Davis at $5,400 on Fanduel is insane. While on Draftkings he was $4,000 then after the CMC news broke he shot up to $6,700. Which is absolutely nuts. In all my years playing DFS I’ve never seen a players price increase AFTER the slate has been introduced. Keep an eye on CMC status.
J.D. Mckissic WSH @ DET (32nd)(FD-$5,300)(DK-$4,900)

All good turns deserve another. JD was mentioned in B&B9 so of course I’m going back to the well week 10 in Detroit! McKissic caught 9 passes on 14 targets! 14 flipping targets! His passing down work has steadily increased all season and I’m fully expecting a whopper of game in week 10!
Ryan Nall CHI vs. MIN (18th)(FD-$5,300)(DK-$4,000)

If David Montgomery hasn’t been what makes you think Nall will play well? I can read your mind, at this point I know all the questions! Ha! Moving on, I don’t know much about Nall. He did rack up yards after the catch in relief of D-Mont last week. At such a low price he will usefull to our DFS lines!
Devontae Booker LV vs. DEN (8th)(FD-$5,200)(DK-$4,000)

Make no mistake this clearly Jacobs backfield. Booker did well with his 8 carries in week 9. Scoring on a 23yd TD. I don’t fully expect him to see a ton of work moving forward but there is a game script factor to account for in this one.
Salvon Ahmed MIA vs. LAC (20th)(FD-$4,900)(DK-$4,000)

The NFL regular season is a strange place. Everything was set for Jordan Howard to have a nice cheap productive fantasy day. Then in walks Salvon. Looking ahead to week 10 the Dolphins could be without Breida. Every team he’s on seems to hate Jordan Howard. That leaves Mr. Ahmed, at dirt cheap prices, to help our DFS lines.
Joshua Kelley LAC @ MIA (21st)(FD-$5,200)(DK-$4,400)

Holy cow is this backfield a mess. Too many cooks in the kitchen I think it goes. After Justin Jackson went down Kelley did see the most snaps (43) rushing 9 times for 28 yards and catching all five of his targets. This backfield is all relative seeing how Ekler will be back shortly. In the meantime and in a pinch I’d consider Kelley this week.
WIDE RECEIVER
Davante Adams GB vs. JAX (19th)(FD-$9,500)(DK-$9,000)

Here are some cheaper options I’m considering at WR for week 10!
Jalen Reagor PHI @ NYG (24th)(FD-$5,600)(DK-$4,200)

The time to get in on Reagor is now. Fresh of a bye week and another week stronger and up on the playbook Jalen will be heavily involved. His price will never be lower. A date in New York is just what the DFS doctor ordered.
Tim Patrick DEN @ LV (17th)(FD-$5,500)(DK-$4,900)

Tim was able to play in week 9 after being limited the week prior in practice. He caught 4 passes for 29 yards and a TD. As Lock grows and learns this offense will open up. Jerry Jeudy, KJ Hamler and Noah Fant will all be in on the action. Further opening things up for Tim.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling GB vs. JAX (19th)(FD-$5,500)(DK-$4,400)

Every fantasy football report I’ve read just dogs on MVS. What he did in week 9 was awful. It was shallow and cannot be repeated. I say to them, “cool your jets!” I shouldn’t have to say this but GB’s offense runs through Jones and Adams. Which is fine! There has been no real WR2. It’s fluctuated week-to-week but no one receiver has asserted themselves. At his price, at home vs. Jacksonville, I’ll take the risk in week 10.
Rashard Higgins CLE vs. HOU (26th)(FD-$5,500)(DK-$4,600)

The week Odell Jr. went down Higgins stepped up in a big way. He was then one of the more trendy waiver wire additions and let us all down. Fast forward to week 10 where the Browns were on bye and able to get in some practice reps and build some cohesion.
Richie James SF @ NO (20th)(FD-$5,400)(DK-$4,000)

Have you ever heard the term, “don’t chase points”? It’s great advice! Deebo Samuel was activated from the COVID-IR along with Brandon Aiyuk while Kendrick Bourne is back on it. Most people would tell you its best to stay away from Richie now with SF’s better WR’s back in the mix. I say no! If you’re playing big money GPP’s you need to take educated risks!
KJ Hamler DEN @ LV (17th)(FD-$5,200)(DK-$3,800)

Finally! KJ is finally showing us those flashes that made him such a fun selection in the draft! KJ continues to out do himself week-to-week. Setting career bests in receptions and yardage. Week 9 was no exception. 6 catches on 10 targets for 75 yards and an explosive 12.5 yards-per-catch! Hamler and Denver find themselves in a juicy match-up vs. the 25th overall pass defense of the Vegas Raiders.
Michael Pittman Jr. IND @ TEN (30th)(FD-$5,200)(DK-$4,300)

Speaking of a rookie who continues to improve each game, Michael Pittman Jr. The Colts hang their hat on their defense and rightfully so. While their offense is still a work in progress. As they grow and learn more Pittman looks to be among the biggest benefactors. Another lowly priced kid who can help us win big this week.
Greg Ward PHI @ NYG (24th)(FD-$5,100)(DK-$3,800)

As I’m sure you’ve noticed I intend to pick on the Giants this week. First Reagor, now Ward! Greg’s long term prospects for fantasy relevance are fading. With the return of Alshon (yawn), Dallas Goedert and Miles Sanders there will only be enough targets to go around. Get it while you can with Mr. Ward.
Jalen Guyton LAC @ MIA (22nd)(FD-$4,900)(DK-$3,300)

Something something 75 yard bomb. While the masses are looking at Keenan Allen, Mike Williams and Hunter Henry sneak in with Jalen!
Van Jefferson Jr. LAR vs. SEA (32nd)(FD-$4,600)(DK-$3,000)

Van Jr. is the reason I created this article. He’s not seeing a ton of work but Goff is looking his way. We have to pick our spots. I’m choosing this one! The O/U here is at 55.5. That’s the second highest point implied total. There will be plenty of points to go around!
TIGHT END
Darren Waller LV vs. DEN (10th)(FD-$7,000)(DK-$5,900)

Here are some cheaper options I’m considering at TE for week 10!
Robert Tonyan GB vs. JAX (28th)(FD-$5,700)(Dk-$3,600)

Am I the only one who thinks this is a multi-TD game for Tonyan? Good! Glad I’m not the only one!
Eric Ebron PIT vs. CIN (30th)(FD-$5,400)(DK-$4,400)

Ebron continues to see great volume and he’s doing well with each target. Cincinnati ranks 31st overall against opposing TE’s. I love Ebron’s chances of finding the end zone again in week 10.
Austin Hooper CLE vs. HOU (20th)(FD-$5,100)(DK-$3,900)

Hooper will be back in the mix at TE in week 10. Another match-up to exploit.
Jordan Reed SF @ NO (29th)(FD-$5,000)(DK-$3,500)

We all know the risk you take when Jordan Reed is in your roster. Use him while you can.
Donald Parham Jr. LAC @ MIA (6th)(FD-$4,400)(DK-$2,500)

Herbert continues to look Don’s way. At the price what more is there to say?
Jesse James DET vs. WSH (25th)(FD-$4,300)(DK-$3,100)

No deep statistical analysis here. Washington isn’t all that good against TE’s. 99% of people will be on TJ Hock. I’ll be on James. Care to join?
Here are two of my sample lines I’m going to use for week 10! Keep in mind these lines are for entertainment purposes! Please play responsible!

Also look for updated lines closer to lock on Sunday morning 11/15!
