NBA Value Street – 2/21/20

NBA Value Street
By Dylan Thompson

What’s up money team! Last night was another great night for the us. Today we have a nice night game sleep that I am ready to dig into so let’s go…..

PG – Ish Smith

We are all well aware of how good this young man can play. Tonight at a price tag of $4900 and going against a Cleveland defense that is dead last in the defensive efficiency against the position, I will be locking him in to my lineup. He has been able to return us at least 5X value in five out of his last eight games, and tonight is a fall out situation for him. It is only my personal opinion but I love targeting anybody against Cleveland and I will do just that tonight.

SG – Marcus Smart

I’m not even sure this guy needs an explanation on why he should be in your lineup, but I’ll give you one. His price tag is only $5400, and he is facing a Minnesota team that is getting up a third most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards. In his last match up where he faced a Clippers defense he returned a massive 10X value! I think that’s enough said, it’s time to lock and load.

SF – Jaylen Brown

Yes, I know this is a mid tier play, but at $5700, how can I not talk about this guy. Minnesota is ranked 26th against this position, and in my eyes this is a smash spot for Brown. The fantasy production has not been all that great recently, but tonight is a perfect bounce back opportunity that I am going to take full advantage of.

PF – Royce O’Neal

There are plenty of places to pay up at this position, but if you’re looking for some salary relief this is the guy to go with. San Antonio is ranked 22nd in the league against opposing PF, and he is at a bare minimum price of $3500. And his last few games we have seen a ceiling of right around 6X, just be cautious this is a risky play. But you know what they say, in order to take down a tournament you have to be able to differentiate yourself. I think this is a perfect way to do it tonight as long as he pays off.

C – Mitchell Robinson

He does have a price tag of $5100, but I absolutely love this spot for him tonight. We have been targeting centers against Indiana all season long, and tonight there’s no exception. Indiana is ranked 24th against the position and they are giving up the sixth most fantasy points to opposing big men. As long as our guy can stay out of foul trouble I think tonight should be at least a 6X return night.

Good luck to everyone tonight and remember please play responsibly. Pay attention to all of our content, and remember bankroll management
