Today is jam packed with sports action! NBA All-Star game! Daytona 500! Plus nine hockey games!
Fanduel has broken down the hockey schedule into five different slates.

Hang with me here and I will break down each slate. A few stacks I will be playing in each one along with a sample line for EACH slate!
Sorry to repeat myself but this article was born out of my never ending need for NHL content. FIVE FREE sample lines may be over doing it but that’s how much I believe in what were doing here at DFS cheat sheet!

After Hours last night was amazing! I gave out an edited NHL line right before lock and the feed back I received was purely magically!
After Hours 2/11 196.7
As you can see the hockey line I provided scored 196.7 points. That’s a gold mine in cash games. The nicest message I received was from a new reader named Justin. Justin doesn’t follow hockey which is normal in the DFS community. Most DFS players have their favorite sport and they stick to it. Justin is type the DFS player I’m trying to reach.
We all know NBA and NFL are the two most played DFS sports. When I’m able to reach a person like Justin and change their outlook on a certain sport then I know the content is right where it should be! When people step outside of their comfort zone and trust someone like me, that’s when I’m at my happiest! Thank you Justin for reading my NHL content. Thank you for trusting!
Tonight’s NHL schedule is only three games. 730p Main and a two game After Hours slate locking at 1030p.
The Bruins lost to the Red Wings last game. As you know the Wings are the worst team in hockey. Montreal comes to the TD garden tonight in Boston. The Bruins have a phenomenal home record (19-2-9). Boston is among one of the best teams in the NHL. That loss to the Red Wings was a fluke and they dominate MTL at home tonight. They win 5-2.
MONTREAL 2

Montreal is in Boston tonight as I mentioned above. On the flip side MTL is coming off a lost to Arizona after a solid three game winning streak. Montreal is middle of the road far as offensive statistics are concerned. Boston did lose to the Red Wings so any team is beatable right? I don’t care about wins and loses. I care about goals and points. Boston will win but I do see some left over insecurities in this one. MTL scores twice.
CALGARY 1

The Flames come to Los Angles tonight and the Kings have lost five straight games. Two teams headed in different directions. The Kings are so cold and the Flames skate in playing above average hockey! Calgary wins tonight in LA. I’ll even go a step further! The Flames shut out LA tonight! 3-0 or 4-0!
VANCOUVER 2

Chicago comes to the Rogers arena tonight in Vancouver. This contest should be filled with points and hits! Vancouver has been up and down recently. Going on a five game winning streak then falling off into a five game losing streak. Chicago has fallen back down to earth after an awesome January. The Blackhawk’s are dealing with 3 games in 4 days and back to back contests here in Vancouver. The Canucks second line has been one of favorite lines so far this season. This line scores twice tonight and they win 4-2!
CHICAGO 2
Brandon Saad L2 & PP2 Kirby Dach L2 & PP1 Patrick Kane L2 & PP1
Chicago is 25-22-8 this season and digging themselves out of an early hole. They started the season very poorly but have played better as of late. Their offense has been clicking, mainly the second line. Patrick Kane has been awesome! 67 points so far this year. Chicago’s biggest strength in their defense ranking 12th overall in goals against. Their latest stretch has been tough and they will succumb to fatigue tonight. I’m projecting a 4-2 or even a 4-3 final in a loss.

At this point you know where my head is. 2p Early Only and 10p After Hours. Both are small 2 game contests. Best bet for cash and GPPs. Smaller slates increase our odds. I’ve said it a millions times, these massive 10+ game slates are next to impossible to hit top 10 in a GPP. Better chance at winning the lottery.
So instead, here are 6 different team stacks to be used at your discretion. You’re more then welcome to use them as you see fit. As we get into you will see how the team stacks correlate to the different timed contest.
I’m going to give you a few stacks AND a sample line for each slate!
The Jets have the highest goal implication for early only at 3.3. They are also a home favorite this afternoon vs. Ottawa. The Sens have scored around 2.69 goals a game while giving up 3.04. The Senators are 1-4 in their last five and I see this game going over the 6 goals its set at. Jets win 5-3!
This one is obvious! The Bruins are one of the best teams in hockey right now and its mainly due to their first line. On a small slate like Early Only we need that stud line to keep pace. Last five games ARZ is 1-4 while BOS is 5-0. An early afternoon game is Boston just screams blowout. BOS wins 4-1!

7p MAIN (10 games)
This is the meat of today’s action! Here are four team stacks I like for main and should you have you right in the thick of things!
The Kings are in New Jersey tonight and both teams are not very good. Again, don’t care who wins! I care who scores! The Devils are riding the high of beating the Flyers 5-0! While the Kings are 29th overall in goals scored and 24th in goals allowed. The Devils at home mop the ice with the Kings tonight! Final 4-2!
MONTREAL 2
Artturi Lehkonen L2 Nick Suzuki L2 & PP1 Joel Armia L2 & PP1
As a true blue hockey fan an Original 6 match up on a Saturday night is fantastic! Both MTL and TOR are very close on the defensive side stat wise. TOR doesn’t take many penalties so the Canadians will have to work hard for their goals and points. I like a close scrappy game in Montreal tonight. Final score 4-3, TOR wins but 7 goals total is nice for the fantasy stat sheet!
EDMONTON 2
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins L2 & PP1 Leon Draisaitl L2 & PP1 Kailer Yamamoto L2 & PP2
The Predators are giving up an average of 3.23 goals a game while Edmonton is scoring 3.17 goals a game. The Preds have been playing well as of late going 4-1 in their last 5. While the Oilers are 3-2 in their last 5 losing two in a row. Edmonton gets right tonight and wins 4-2. EDM2 chips in two goals and the Oilers PP1 puts one in too!
WASHINGTON 1
Alexander Ovechkin L1 & PP1 Nicklas Backstrom L1 & PP1 Tom Wilson L1
The Capitals are also one of the best teams in the NHL. Their record shows that and they are over flowing with talent. Ovi and defense-man John Carlson are playing out of their minds and look for more of the same this evening. The Flyers struggle on the road and WSH wins 5-2 or 6-2. Does OVI have another hat trick in his this week? I sure hope so! Capitols roll tonight and we reap the benefits!

10p AFTER HOURS (2 games)
After Hours tonight is my favorite and its quite juicy! As you read on you’ll see why!
Vancouver is hosting Calgary tonight. The over/under tonight is at 6 goals. I see the over hitting and VAN2 being a huge part of this. Not to mention Bo Horvat also seeing PP1 ice time. VAN2 is responsible for 93 total points and 27 total goals. This game is going to be closer then I originally thought. Canucks win 3-2 on a late goal in the 3rd period!
The men on this first power play unit have scored 68 goals combined and a whopping 183 points! Four of these men play on the Hurricanes first line as well. Carolina’s first line and their PP1 just rains points! They are in Vegas tonight which should be a close one. 4-3 Vegas wins but CAR gets us where we need to be! IN THE MONEY!
