2020 Fantasy Football Mock Draft (Round 4)
3/30/20

Football is upon us! In terms of drafting the content is a little early. The big names have already built projections and published books and magazines. Being early is not a bad thing. If you’re like me too much content isn’t a thing. Given the current situation across the county mock drafting and fantasy football discussions are needed!
Normally the fun leading up to the fantasy football draft season is talk of the top 10. Or who is the consensus number one. This season it’s quiet clear. Right?
What sets fantasy football aside for me is all the strategy that goes in. Some owners like crafty veterans while others want all rookies. There is no right way! It’s your team! You’re able to build it how you want!
I’m asking you all now to please get involved in a dynasty start up. I’m not trying to push my ideals on anyone but I promise you’ll thank me later! Fantasy football is a 365 24/7 kind of commitment!
We all find our own way in terms of fantasy sports. There is no wrong way! Build how you want and build to maximize your enjoyment.
I’m going to get into a mock draft series and publish the results! 12 team, full PPR scoring. Also six points per passing touchdown. I’m in a unique position to set the rules as I see fit. Lets get right into it!
ROUND 4

37. Adam Thielen WR-Minnesota Vikings
With the departure of Diggs does Adam get more coverage? Of course, but talent always wins out. Thielen has that and is a PPR monster! He’s a set it and forget it kind of guy.

38. Chris Carson RB-Seattle Seahawks
Carson injured his hip last season but looks to be fully healthy for the start of 2020. Another personal favorite of mine. Can he finally become that workhorse RB1 we know he can be?

39. Patrick Mahomes QB-Kansas City
What can I say here that you don’t already know? Kid is stud, draft him. Good enough?

40. Todd Gurley RB-Atlanta Falcons
Gurley now plays in Atlanta. All I’ve heard is stay away and his knees are shot. I’m not buying into that. Todd immediately finds himself in the top 10 running backs to start the season. Draft him accordingly.

41. Cooper Kupp WR-Los Angeles Rams
Another PPR stud WR! Look for Cooper to keep up the catches, yardage and touchdowns. Absolutely possible he catches a 100 balls in 2020.

42. Calvin Ridley WR-Atlanta Falcons
Another forgotten guy. A guy who plays second fiddle to Julio. That alone makes my mouth water. When Julio is on field he commands respect and coverage. Meaning Calvin is able to run free.

43. T.Y. Hilton WR-Indianapolis Colts
Health! Health! Health! Can T.Y. stay on the field? I sure hope so! When he’s on the field he’s lights out. I find the addition of Phil Rivers very intriguing. Call me crazy but I believe T.Y. can really climb the WR ranks this season.

44. A.J. Brown WR-Tennessee Titans
Ah one of my favorite fantasy WR’s! Kid had a phenomenal 2019 season! I firmly believe this will be the last season you can get him this cheap. Tennessee captured some magic last season and I see no reason why they can’t do it again in 2020.

45. Le’Veon Bell RB-New York Jets
Do me a favor, go look into Bell and report back. Looks like he won’t be attending the Jets off season program. While coach Gase has said he never thought Bell was a good fit with the team. His contract is massive so he knows they won’t cut him. Basically he can do what he wants. It’s a very odd situation in New York. Regardless, when Bell is on the field he’s an asset to your fantasy team. Who knows what the future holds with Bell and the Jets.

46. James Connor RB-Pittsburgh Steelers
I’m really digging Connor in 2020 and the upside that’s involved. With Big Ben likely back and healthy the Steelers should be able to fire on all cylinders. Ben, Juju and Connor is a great real life combo. Grab a piece for your fantasy squad!

47. Zach Ertz TE-Philadelphia Eagles
Ertz is a high end option at tight-end. Another guy who shows up each week and does his job.

48. Allen Robinson WR-Chicago Bears
A-Rob put up a career high in receptions in 2019. Another guy who flies under the radar in fantasy circles. He’s a ho-hum kind of guy that produces for your fantasy team. No issue with drafting Robinson here.
That’s it for round 4!

How about round 5? Let me know in the comments!
New kid on the block Ethan Cowlbeck is picking up the rest of my mock draft series in 2020! Be nice to him and show him some love! He’s young, hungry and looking to make his mark! Good luck Ethan!
