Today is pretty cut and dry. It’s as easy as it gets. Only two games tonight and the Red Wings are playing. Meaning stack the farm against them.

Winnipeg Jets @ Columbus Blue Jackets 7:30p
Detroit Red Wings @ Minnesota Wild 8:00p

As we get to know each other better and we get in sync you’ll start see why I pick the stacks I do. Prime example, stack teams against the Red Wings! No-brainer!

Minnesota 2

Jason Zucker
Ryan Donato
Kevin Fiala

These three play on the Wilds second line and they haven’t played since Monday. The Wild are 11th overall on the power play with 32 goals. That’s a 20.5% success rate. While the Red Wings are dead last in most statistical categories. It’s a sad state of affairs here in Detroit. Lets use that to our advantage.

Minnesota PP1

Zach Parise
Eric Staal
Mats Zuccarello
Jared Spurgeon
Ryan Suter

Tonight in Columbus the Jets are in town with an over/under of 5.5 goals. I feel as if I mention the Jets everyday. The Blue Jackets are actually the favorite in this one. So lets run with that!

Columbus 1

Pierre-Luc Dubois
Gustav Nyquist
Oliver Bjorkstrand

At full strength the Blue Jackets have scored 134 goals this season. In turn they have given up 125 goals. They rank in the top 10 at killing penalties too (82.4%). Upon digging into their seasonal stats they aren’t as bad as I thought. With that being said I still envision a 3-4 finish in favor of CBJ.

Winnipeg 1

Kyle Connor PP1
Mark Scheifele PP1
Patrik Laine PP1

The Jets have lost three in a row and I’m still waiting on that breakthrough blow out game. They have only scored 4 goals in the last three games. We all know they have the firepower. I have a strong feeling they hit that 3-4 goal mark today.

Here are two sample lineups for this evening. One is a clear MIN & WPG stack while the other is a mix of CBJ/MIN and strong WPG stack. Use these lineups for fun and play responsible!
