I know we’re still building trust here but the stacks I laid before you yesterday went nuts! As a fan of NHL and a DFS hockey writer I’ve learned to be humble when I do well and own it when my advice is horrible.

I’m very excited and happy with what I have going here. What better way to start my first article? Quick recap, which I don’t plan on doing often. If you chose to stack these two lines then you did very well last!

Florida 1
Jonathon Huberdeau 2 assists 2 points
Aleksander Barkov 1 goal 1 point
Evgeni Dadov 1 goal 1 point
Keith Yandle 1 assist 1 point
Mike Hoffman 1 assist 1 point

Vancouver 2
JT Miller 1 goal 1 point
Elias Pettersson 1 assist 1 point
Jake Virtanen 2 assist 2 points
Quinn Hughes 1 goal 1 point

With DFS its on to the next day. That’s the point right? Today is Championship Sunday! So today is a good day to sneak into some NHL contests. People will be so focused on NFL. Giving us a real edge. It’s also a smaller slate. Three games, personally smaller the slate the better.

Carolina 2
Warren Foegele L2
Sebastion Aho L2 & PP1
Teuvo Teravainen L2 & PP1

The Carolina Hurricanes are 9th overall on the power play with 32 goals scored so far this season. The Islanders on the other hand are horrible at killing penalties. 29th in the league! I love the combo of CAR2 with Aho and Teuvo on the PP1 too!

Winnipeg 2
Kyle Connor L2 & PP1
Blake Wheeler L2 & PP1
Patrik Laine L2 & PP1

This is a prime example of double dipping. All three guys are on the second line as well as the first power play unit. The Blackhawk’s are in the basement far as penalty killing. This line is fantastic. Connor is averaging 15.44 fantasy points a game. Blake Wheeler 13.47, and Laine is at 15 points per game. By far my favorite stack of the day!

New York Rangers 2
Artemi Panarin L2 & PP1
Ryan Strome L2 & PP1
Jesper Fast L2

The over/under is six goals and I’m not shying away. CBJ is giving up an average of 2.45 goals per contest. While the Rangers are scoring 3.4 goals a game. Those facts mixed with New York’s top 10 power play sets this one up for a blowout. I like NYR 2 and their PP1. Roster the Rangers and don’t think twice!

Here is sample Fanduel line using the stacks I discussed. Play safe and this is for fun. Be responsible!
