What’s up to all our members!!!! We are finally back in to the swing of things, and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! We have a very enticing 6 game slate to play, so let’s dig in!

PG Ja Morant – At a price of $6300 on fanduel, it’s an absolute lock and steal for me. Facing a Portland team that plays absolutely no defense behind the arc, Morant has the opportunity to go bonkers here. We know all to well what this kid is capable of and I think he puts up good numbers in this spot.

SG Buddy Hield – This young man is averaging 31 fantasy points on the season, and his price is only $5500. To simplify it, he is averaging almost 6x at his price. San Antonio’s defense is middle of the pack when it comes to efficiency, and Buddy threw up a 50 banger the last time these two teams met. Need I say more.

SF Evan Fournier – His price is at $5300, and Brooklyn doesn’t have a defense. We all know this young man has the potential for a 35+ fantasy point night any given night. He only put up 25 the last time these two teams played, which is right below 5X return, but I am banking on all of this extra rest playing in his favor. I’ll be looking tonight for at least a 6X return.

PF Nemanja Bjelica – With Bagley out for now, our guy should see an extended run in minutes. His price comes in at $4500, and is averaging over 5X at that price on the season. The last time the teams met Bjelica put up a nice 35 fantasy point game. San Antonio is ranked 20th in defensive efficiency, which means that our guy with extended minutes it’s in a position to hit a high ceiling. I’m locking him in.

C Jakob Poeltl – With the absence of Aldridge and Lyles still out due to injury, this guy is an absolute lock for me. His price tag comes in at $4200, and will be facing a depleted Sacramento team, that when healthy are still only middle of the pack when it comes to to defensive efficiency at the position. In his scrimmage games without Aldridge and Lyles, he has definitely put up some good numbers. He should see an extended run in minutes tonight, and I am shooting for him to put up at least 6X return.

My HURRICANE pick of the night – Luka Doncic

I know that I write the value Street article, but I am going to be throwing in my hurricane pick of the night, which is who I think will be the absolute smash spot on the slate. This is the first time in a really long time that we have seen Luca sub $11,000. I will be getting a ton of exposure to him for the simple fact that James Harden does not play defense.

What’s goin on money team? Well we definitely had some value pay off last night, and we are looking to keep the streak going. Tonight is a light 3 game slate, so remember we do not recommend playing cash games on small nights like this. With that said, let’s dig in.

Last nights value smashers
Murray 10.1X
Osman 9.2X
Ross 5.3X
Robinson 6.8X

The Value Core

Poing Guard
Monte Morris

After a dud in Cleveland, I can definitely see a bounce back performance tonight. At a price of $3800, I will be paying very close attention to this game. If it blows out, because they are play Milwaukee, Morris definitely gets an extra run in minutes. Milwaukee is first in pace so this is a pace up game for Denver. This is a volatile play but I’m willing to take the risk.

Shooting Guard
Norman Powell

We need to pay close attention to the VanVleet news, because if he is out again, Powell is a lock in every category tonight. He’s produced at least 6X in 6 straight games. Yes Utah has a great dvp, but I don’t think that will effect this young man what so ever. His price is down to $5500, and pending the news, this dude will be in every one of my lineups.
Also look at DiVincenzo

Shooting Guard
Cody Martin

This is one of my favorite plays of the night. Going up against a Hawks defense that has a dvp ranking of dead last, I think Martin balls out tonight. He has returned 5X value in 4 straight games, and all 4 were against much better interior defenses. His price is at $4700, which is pretty fair. I’ll definitely be looking for at least a 6X return tonight.

Power Forward
Royce O’Neale

This is probably my least favorite play tonight, only because he’s going to be banging with Siakam. Toronto’s interior defense is in my opinion one of the best in the league, but our guy could still return 5X. His price is at $3700 which I am definitely ok playing him at, considering he has returned 5X value in 5 out of his last 7 games. High risk but high reward if he pays off.
Also look at Ibaka, he is in a prime spot tonight

Center
Cody Zeller

Once again we are targeting the Hawks interior defense here. Their dvp ranking against centers is 29th, and Zeller is hard to stop when you are trying to play small ball. His price tag is only $4300, and going against a terrible defense, I might just be locking this guy in tonight. He produced 5X two games ago against Jokic, so why wouldn’t be pick him here?!

Remember to pay attention closely to injury news tonight! And I repeat it is not a cash night, strictly GPP!

Today’s four game slate is an interesting one. Definitely some injury news to keep an eye on, which could potentially open up more value. As it stands right now, I already have some good plays in mind so let’s get to it.

Value smash spots from last night
Naz Reid 8.8X
Duncan Robinson 7.3X

The Value Core

PG Shake Milton

With him and Burks on the court together they simply just click. Yes I understand that he only returned 4X against the Lakers, But that was his first game not returning value in six previous games. Tonight he faces a Sacramento Kings defense that is currently middle of the pack when it comes to defensive efficiency against point guards. This is going to be a pace down game but not by much, and at a price tag of $5400 I’m locking this guy in tonight.

SG Alec Burks

Like I just previously stated, with this guys and Milton together, they are firing on all cylinders. His price tag is only $4500, and he is averaging 27 fantasy points per game on the season. Sacramento is giving up to 14 most fantasy points per game to opposing shooting guards, and tonight is a prime spot for Burks to return us at least 5x value.

SF Marcus Morris

Facing a Houston team that’s gives up the 2nd most ffpg to small forwards, Morris is in a perfect bounce back spot tonight. His previous games as of recently have been sub par, but I see him getting back on track tonight. We all know how well he can play, and at a price tag of $4300 I’m willing to bet he returns at least 5x value tonight.

PF Nemanja Bjelica

This is definitely a risky play tonight, because of the recent inconsistencies. He has been able to return at least a 5X value in Three out of the last four games, and I am willing to bet he continues that streak tonight. His price tag comes in at $4900, and we all know that when this young man is able to start getting his shots to fall, he is extremely hard to stop. I will be looking for him to get hot early and stay hot throughout the game.

C Ivica Zubac

The last time I had this guy in my article, he went off. I’m playing him again tonight, only for the fact that Houston’s 2nd unit has no one to stop this guy. His last game was a 6X return, and I believe tonight it could be higher than that. Keep him on your radar and lock him in again tonight if you need some salary relief. It is a four-game slate, so keep in mind that you are definitely going to need some value plays tonight to fit in the stars you want.

If you havent done so yet, make sure you hop in our discord for the latest updates etc. This is a big slate tonight, we have a lot of players listed at GTD, so some value may change, and some more may open up. Join our Discord Chat for FREE right here.

PG – Corey Joseph

Pay attention to the news today, if Fox ends up playing you can burn this pick. However if Fox sits again, Joseph is a streamline value play on this slate. The Kings are in Memphis, Joseph started last night and had 32.9 FDP. We will have to wait and see how the news breaks leading up to lock, but as of now I have Joseph locked in.

SG – Dennis Schroder

Galo is out tonight, thats first and foremost. Second, OCK is on the second half of a back to back. As we get later in to this season, and OKC makes a playoff push, look for them to try to save Chris Paul’s legs. OKC has two other legit PG’s in Alexander and Schroder. I think there are a couple of extra minutes in the rotation for Schroder tonight and some additional usage.

SF – De’Andre Hunter

UNHDER THE RADAR TONIGHT. Trae Young is playing, thats first. here are the minutes totals for Hunter in the last six games: 36, 39, 30, 36, 34, 48… He’s $4300 on FanDuel, Minutes equal opportunity, opportunity equals production, production equals fantasy points. Speaking of fantasy points, over that same six game stretch, 13.7, DUD yes, but, 31.4, 29.2, 29.1, 21.1, 46.3. Here is a guy playing well over 30 minutes, the upside of 10x and playing in a track meet type of game against Brooklyn.

PF – Harry Giles

Giles has been the sole benefactor really to Richaun Holmes and Marvin Bagley Jr. being injured. Giles has been really solid lately, 29.1, 32.8 and 33.4 in each of his last three games. This game should be a track meet and Giles is an extremely athletic big man. Pivot, Naz Reid.

C – Gorgui Dieng

Dieng is benefiting from injuries to Jaren Jackson and Brandon Clarke. I project 28 fantasy points for Dieng tonight and should be able to reach value here in this one. I typically do not like to stack two bigs in the same game, we have Giles above, and Dieng here, but both are in great spots. You could pivot off of Dieng to Zubac, we project Zubac at 22.8 or, without Andre Drummond, Triston Thompson who is coming off of a solid game in his last outing.  Also, if for no reason at all Zeller is ruled out again Biyombo would become another good value at Center tonight if he starts.
