What sets fantasy baseball aside for me is all the strategy that goes in. Some owners like crafty veterans while other want young prospects. There is no right way! It’s your team! You’re able to build it how you want!

I’m asking you all now to please get involved in a dynasty start up. I’m not trying to push my ideals on anyone but I promise you’ll thank me later! The excitement that builds inside of me this time of year can only be explained as Christmas 1989 and getting my first Nintendo. Only this time you get to relive that excitement over and over.

We all find our own way in terms of fantasy sports. There is no wrong way! Build how you want and build to maximize your enjoyment.

What I’m going to bring you this time around is a 14 team mixed league mock draft. 5×5 rotisserie scoring format. Which means, batting average, home runs, RBI’s, stolen bases and runs for hitters. Wins, saves, ERA, strikeouts and WHIP for pitchers.

71. Charlie Morton SP-Tampa Bay Rays

Had a career season last year? You’re either team #regression or team #breakout. At age 37 think its quite clear…

72. Marcus Semien SS-Oakland Athletics

Had a career year due to improbed strikeout and walk rates.

73. Nelson Cruz DH-Minnesota Twins

DH or not Cruz just fills box-scores!

74. Noah Syndergaard SP-New York Mets

Noah is looking to bounce back this season. From what I’ve seen from him this off-season I’d bet on 200+ strikeouts!

75. Zach Greinke SP-Houston Astros

Not to be rude but he has to fall off sooner or later right?

76. Eddie Rosario OF-Minnesota Twins

We all have our favorites right? I have a soft spot for Eddie! Awesome batting average with 25+ HR power!

77. Yu Darvish SP-Chicago Cubs

His health has been up and down and its maddening! Did you know he only walked 7 batters in 81.7 IP in the second half last season? Great No. 2 pitcher!

76. Jose Berrios SP-Minnesota Twins

Jose is young and talented and could end up in the top-10 of Sps this season!

77. Tyler Glasnow SP-Tampa Bay Rays

Tyler is elite and the injury he sustained last season was a major bummer. Look for a massive rebound this year!

78. Gary Sanchez C-New York Yankees

Has hit 30+ Hrs in two of the last 3 seasons. Gary plays in an awesome NYY lineup. Set it and forget kind of player!

79. Marcell Ozuna OF-Atlanta Braves

Ozuna is an excellent source of power and now fitting into the Braves lineup expect fireworks!

80. Shohei Ohtani DH-Los Angeles Angels

Ohtani is on a short list of my favorite players. The Angles lineup this season should pump out some eye-popping numbers! Is it wrong for me to think he could put up first round type numbers this season?

81. Matt Chapman 3B-Oakland Athletics

I’ve noticed you can wait on 3B this season. At this spot he’s one hell of a pick!

82. Jorge Soler OF-Kansas City Royals

FINALLY FINALLY broke out last season! Trust what he did last season! Did you know Soler hit the first HR of the spring this season?

83. Mike Moustakas 3B-Cinncinatti Reds

Moose is always undervalued isn’t he? Guy is strong with great power! Slotting into the Reds lineup is a huge boost for his value!

84. Josh Hader RP-Milwaukee Brewers
My first thought was, “this may be a reach” is it though? Hader is the best relief pitcher in the game and vastly sways your pitching categories.
